Coach Bry sharing her purity testimony for the ministry: "Uglybeyoutifulme". Check them out on Facebook.

Topic Question was:

Do you have a sexual integrity story and or testimony that you would like to share to encourage and strengthen others?  Sexual integrity struggles you may have and how God is helping you to overcome them. Why you are choosing to wait to have sex until you are married. Purity and your standards for sexual integrity.

Meet Bryana Williams, a proud 26 year old virgin. Read her story:

First thing I will share is that living a life of purity is not easy, but with God, walking in obedience, realizing the bigger picture and knowing it is doable and worth it.... I am now 26 years old and I am still a virgin. My ultimate goal is to keep my value in The Lord and how He sees me and holding myself for my husband until marriage. Being a virgin and living in purity is not easy. I come from teenage years of low self-esteem, not knowing my worth, lacking confidence, not loving myself and feelings rejected. I had to learn to love myself first and knowing who I am in God. Then learn to not people please, but please God only. Does temptation come? Yes. Do you desire to be loved affectionately and physically? Yes. But the things that has sustained and motivated me is my love for God my willingness and submission to want to be obedient and please God first and His commands for my life, my desire to see my marriage, family and life be blessed, to know that my husband can say he has been my only one and I can know he has been my first.

The temporary satisfaction for a moment of pleasure is not more important to me, than a lifetime of blessings, rewards and knowing that I am pleasing my Lord because I did it His way and held my worth in His hand instead of a man's hands! I encourage those who want or desire to live a life of purity to try it. It is a challenge at times, but it is capable. With appropriate boundaries, goals and expectations that you want to hold yourself too you can make it through. Praying for those who read this and wanting to give their life to the Lord in all areas. Just know you’re not alone and when you feel like quitting don’t!

Don't worry about the past and let that hold you back or be an excuse on why you think you can't. If you make a mistake don't let that keep you there, repent and keep moving forward and make appropriate changes.

You can do it!

"Leadership Lived Out"

Leader - A  guiding or directing head, as of an army, movement or political group (Dictionary.com).

Leadership - The position or function of a leader, a person who guides or directs a group (Dictionary.com).
Let’s take a moment to think about who follows us and who do we follow? These are questions to be asked if we are in a leadership role or if we have someone that leads us in our life. Being a leader we must know someone is always watching. Let’s make sure people are seeing the change, transparency and reality of our life. Leadership is not about the words, it is about the actions of our everyday life. We should be acting and doing things in our life that encourages, inspires, and empowers others to want to follow us and at the end of the day become better themselves. Having people watch and follow us, should force us as leaders to always live a life of accountability. We should always be checking our actions and words before we do act and do.

Being a leader is not easy, but we are all capable of being a great impact and a great leaders. Here are some applicable ways for us to be effective leaders:

  • Lead others as you would want someone to lead you. Be loyal, honest, trustworthy and consistent. Always want to see others grow and get better.

  • Become a reader and researcher. Knowledge is power. The more you know and more you learn, the more wisdom you can share with others.

  • Lead others with patience. Realizing that everyone has their own process and it may take others longer to get some things and to learn from their mistakes. Just keep loving and helping them through it all.

  • Lead by example and stay teachable. Be the person you want to teach others to become.
